1. Cut a 4cm x 4cm square shaped grove along the floor/ wall, at all corner wall joints and at all construction joints.2. All cracks and damages to the substrate, should be opened up at least 3cm.

3. Use high pressure washer to clean complete substrates.

4. Using Maxrest / Maxplug fill the groove around the floor/ wall joint and at all the corners forming a cove as the finish profile.

5. All pipe, fixtures and fitting should also be filled with Maxrest /Maxplug forming a cove as the finished profile.

6. Apply a coat of Maxseal Flex at the rate of 0.5kg/m² over all repaired areas and at all areas where movement may be expectedinto this bet a layer of I-Mesh 1 and apply a further coat of Maxseal
Flex at the rate of 1kg/m² and allow to dry.

7. Apply two coats of Maxseal Flex in over the complete area at the rate of 1-1.5kg/m² in opposite directions.
