Bonding & adhesive additives
- BOND SBR is styrene-butadiene co-polymer latex specifically designed for use with cementitious mixes.
- I BOND SBR is designed as an admixture for concrete repair, floor screeds and toppings, external rendering, waterproofing and tanking, fixing brick slips and tiles, corrosion protection of steel, silage pit lining and protection.
- White opaque non-toxic PVA emulsion.
- Used as a bonder, sealer and adhesive.

Mould removing solution
IBC FUNGICIDAL WALL SOLUTION (CONCENTRATE)
- IBC Fungicidal Wall Solution is an aqueous fungicidal solution for treating and removing from building materials fungi and other growth such as moss and mildew.
- To render sterile masonry, brickwork, plaster, concrete etc. which are infected by the Dry Rot fungus or other growths.
- It may be surface applied to walls and floors or injected into masonry.

Protection-drainage boards
- Oldroyd Xv is a tough, studded polypropylene cavity drainage membrane.
- Oldroyd Xv is being used for; its special stud pattern creates an air-gap, allowing the underlying substrate to breathe, whilst providing a waterproof and vapour-proof barrier. It can also be used to protect buildings from ground gases such as radon and methane.
- Cavity drain membrane for waterproofing and or drainage of basement floors and ground gas protection e.g. methane and radon.

OLDROYD XV 20 GREEN
- 20mm stud membrane drainage system.

Wood treatments
FUNGICIDE/INSECTICIDE
- Available both in concentrated liquid, gel or tube.
- The liquid is for treatment of small sectional timber and may also be used as a masonry sealant against dry rot. The paste is a treatment for large section timber and the tubes are for treatment of large dimensioned timbers with dry rot.
ECO FRIENDLY WOOD PRESERVATIVE
- A high quality, colour fast, water-based wood preservative.
- For use as a preventative treatment against wood boring insects and wood rotting fungi in construction timbers.

Water sealing injection systems
- Two component polyurethane water cut- off and soil stabilisation grout system.
- One component polyurethane water cut- off and soil stabilisation grout system.
- Flexable single component polyurethane resin for water cut-off.
- Is an epoxy formulation of very low viscosity for pouring or injection under pressure for bonding of concrete, wood or ceramics.
- Is a very fluid cement–based injection mortar for consolidating and fillings of cavities.
