right chemistry”, we have succeeded in producing
a range of unique, low-shrinkage, high early strength, fast-setting,
trafficable, cement based floor screeds. Our polymer modified screeds
are all pre-blended, pumpable, and have been designed
to meet the high standard requirements of the construction
industry.

- Fast track pumpable, self smoothing,
polymer modified, fast setting floor screed which may

- Drizoro MAXCRYL is a water-based pure acrylic product to be used as an admixture to increase both physical and chemical properties of cement-based mortars and concrete.
- MAXCRYL is used with MAXSEAL, CONCRESEAL, PLASTERING and other DRIZORO mortars, greater adhesion to smooth surfaces and improves curing process.
- Bonding agent used in preparation of surfaces prior to use of I SCREED products.

- I-Top Sealer is a clear, acrylic resin based, single pack solution designed to impregnate concrete surfaces combining the benefits of a curing aid, sealer, dustproofer and hardener.
- I-Top Sealer has been designed to overcome the drawbacks of many commonly used curing membranes which tend to provide a limited service life following the curing period of new concrete.

Concrete floor repair mortars
- IBC I–Grout 700 is a specially prepared pre-blended, ready to use, high strength shrinkcompensated cementitious construction grout.
- It may be used at a consistency from fluid to plastic for precision grouting of equipment, concrete systems, structural wall membranes, curtain walls, pre-cast wall panels and beams.
- Two component mortar for restoration of industrial concrete paving in minimum thickness description.
- Used for restoration of industrial roads, patch eroded concrete floors or to raise height, For non-slip ramp constructions, it is resistant to traffic wear.
- Fast setting cementitious based repair material for concrete pavements and other areas where the minimum delay or work disruption is of the utmost importance.
- For urgent repairs to concrete, pathways, driveways, roadways etc, which are subject to permanent pedestrian or mechanical traffic.

Bonding/waterproofing admixture
- BOND SBR is styrene-butadiene co-polymer latex specifically designed for use with cementitious mixes.
- I BOND SBR is designed as an admixture for concrete repair, floor screeds and toppings, external rendering, waterproofing and tanking, fixing brick slips and tiles, corrosion protection of steel, silage pit lining and protection.

Glass fiber reinforcement mesh
- Glass fibre reinforcement mesh ( 165g/m² )made from glass filament textile fibres.
- For use in screeds where greater impact resistance and increased flexural strength is required.

Floor/Wall coatings
- A water soluble, fast curing, permeable single component elastic polyurethane lacquer / paint, which gives a semi-glossy surface with good abrasion resistance and good resistance for short term exposure to chemicals
- A two-component water-based epoxy floor coating. Available in matt or gloss finish.
- For coating of concrete floors in hospitals, garages, kitchens and the chemical industry in general.
- A highly chemical resistant epoxy coating.
- For coating of surfaces subjected to aggressive chemical attack.
MAXPOX COLOUR (Coloured Aggregate)
- Coloured Silica Aggregate for preparation of payment mortars and decorative textured finish of floors
- A two-component water-based epoxy coating for painting of vertical surfaces. Available in matt or gloss finish.
- For coating of concrete or gypsum plastered walls in hospital, garages, kitchens and the chemical industry in general.
- MAXELASTIC TRANS-M is a one-component liquid product, ready to be use, based on aliphatic polyurethane resins.
- Transparent and matt decorative topcoat on epoxy or polyurethane-based flooring systems.
- A water-based film-forming pure acrylic sealer, which seals and protects concrete and masonry from smoke, dirt, weathering and rain water.
- Can be applied on exposed and bush-hammered concrete, prefabricated concrete panels, decorative stonework and stucco finishes.
- ONE-COMPONENT TRANSPARENT POLYURETHANE PROTECTION FOR INDOOR, HIGHLY RESISTANT TO CHEMICAL ATTACK AND ABRASION.
- It is specially formulated for protecting surfaces from the aggressive chemical attack and abrasion, in industrial floors, reservoirs and food industry. It prevents dusting of concrete floors, stores and parking areas.
- MAXURETHANE DECOR is a system based on the coating MAXURETHANE® mixed with pigment base for decorative protection and finish of concrete floors.
- MAXURETHANE DECOR is intended mainly for Sealing of concrete floors to prevent dusting. It is a practical long lasting finish for industrial floors, warehouses, parking areas, etc exposed to chemical attack and abrasion. Ideal aesthetic finish for skating rinks, gymnasiums, discotheques, etc.
- MAXURETHANE TOP is a transparent single component product based on aliphatic polyurethane resins.
