I SCREED 10

• Fast track pumpable, self smoothing, polymer modified, fast setting floor screed which may
  be applied at thicknesses up to 10mm.
• For use as floor levelling compound in domestic buildings. Application thickness up to 10mm.

 

I SCREED 25

• Fast track pumpable, self smoothing, polymer modified, fast setting floor screed which may be applied at thicknesses up to 25mm.
• For use as floor levelling compound in domestic buildings. Application thickness up to 25mm.

MAXCRYL

• Acrylic–base liquid additive to improve bonding and curing of mortars and concrete.

 

I PRIMER F

• Bonding agent used in preparation of surfaces prior to use of I SCREED products.
• For use as bonding agent used in preparation of surfaces prior to use of I SCREED products.

 

I-TOP SEALER

• A clear, acrylic resin based, single pack solution designed to impregnate concrete surfaces combining the benefits of a curing aid, sealer, dustproofer and hardener.

MAXPATCH

• A two-component cement based product for repairs of industrial concrete floors/screeds in
  minimum thicknesses.
• For repairs of industrial floors & pathways. Repairs to concrete steps and stairs.

 

MAXROAD EXPRESS

• Fast setting cementitious based repair material for concrete pavements and other areas where the minimum delay or work disruption is of the utmost importance.
• For urgent repairs to concrete, pathways, driveways, roadways etc, which are subject to permanent pedestrian or mechanical traffic.

I-BOND SBR

• - Is a styrene-butadiene co-polymer latex specially designed for use with cementitious mixes. Consult IBC technical department for screed mix design.
  - For use in concrete repair, bonding, floor screeds, waterproofing and tanking.

Glass fiber reinforcement mesh

 

I-MESH GRADE 1

• - Glass fibre reinforcement mesh ( 165g/m² )made from glass filament textile fibres.
  - For use in screeds where greater impact resistance and increased flexural strength is required.

 

I-MESH GRADE 3

• Glass fibre reinforcement mesh (370g/m² )made from glass filament textile fibres.
• For use in screeds where greater impact resistance and increased flexural strength is required.

Floor/Wall coatings

 

Cempur Lacquer

• A water soluble, fast curing, permeable single component elastic polyurethane lacquer / paint, which gives a semi-glossy surface with good abrasion resistance and good resistance for short term exposure to chemicals

 

MAXFLOOR MATT/GLOSS

• A two-component water-based epoxy floor coating. Available in matt or gloss finish.
• For coating of concrete floors in hospitals, garages, kitchens and the chemical industry in general.

 

MAXEPOX 800

• A highly chemical resistant epoxy coating.
• For coating of surfaces subjected to aggressive chemical attack.

 

MAXEPOX MORTAR-V

• A two-component water-based epoxy coating for painting of vertical surfaces. Available in matt or gloss finish.
• For coating of concrete or gypsum plastered walls in hospital, garages, kitchens and the chemical industry in general.

 

MAXURETHANE

• A single component, clear, solvent-based polyurethane coating, which has a high chemical resistance. For indoor use.
• A coating for factory floors, warehouse and parking areas. Excellent chemical resistance and excellent adhesion to wooden, metal and tiled surfaces.

 

MAXURETHANE DÉCOR

• A polyurethane pigmented coating for use on MAXURETHANE floors. For indoor use.
• A colored coating for factory floors, warehouse and parking areas. Excellent chemical resistance and excellent adhesion to wooden, metal and tiled surfaces.

 

MAXURETHANE TOP

• A clear single component polyurethane protection coating for indoor and outdoor use.
• A chemical protective coating for industrial warehouses, reservoirs etc.
